We’ll start with ensuring you have a path toward land entitlement and feasibility. We’ll conduct site research and give you a detailed summary of whether your project is viable from a regulatory perspective and the step-by-step path towards a permit. We will work with your architect on a density study to see if the subject property meets your program.
Land Use Change
Need a rezoning, special use or conditional use permit, comprehensive plan amendment, or some other zoning permit? We got you. No zoning gnar is too gnarly.
Entitlements Management
Working with an architect or design team? No problem. Our team loves to collaborate! We’ll work with your team to create an entitlements schedule and strategy that will meet your goal of getting a permit as soon as possible.
We are experienced in permitting Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funded developments and understand the importance of your 12-month (or less) permitting timeframe.
